Today was Thanksgiving, and it may be my favorite Thanksgiving yet. We had planned to go to a family member's house for Thanksgiving, but plans changed last minute and we made the best of our circumstances. I had mentioned in my vlog that I don't actually like turkey, so instead this year we ran to the store and grabbed some chicken. We made mouthwatering chicken piccata with a side of pasta (and salad too!) for dinner. For dessert, I made some pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting with my mom's help. We washed dessert down with coffee which accented the cupcakes nicely. This may have to be a new family tradition...
